COVID-19
Safety Protocols and Guidelines
At Debevino, the health and safety of our guests and team is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the ongoing pandemic and working diligently to follow evolving guidelines set forth by state and local officials regarding COVID-19.
We are committed to ensuring all our guests feel welcome and safe as they enjoy the winery. For the foreseeable future, we will be hosting guests on our outdoor patio and will continue offering contactless, curbside pickup of our bottled wines to-go. In accordance with Governor Baker’s recent order, guests are required to purchase food during their seating on our patio while enjoying our wine.
The below information outlines specific steps we are taking at Debevino in compliance with local, state, and CDC guidelines.
What we offer
Outdoor patio seating (walk-ins are accepted if space permits but advance reservations are recommended)
Online ordering of discounted bottle packs with contactless, curbside pickup available
What we promise
Any employee experiencing COVID-19 symptoms will be required to immediately notify the ownership team and remain at home.
Upon arrival to the winery prior to each shift, employees are required to thoroughly wash their hands and will be screened for symptoms.
Employees are required to wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth at all times.
During their shift, employees will practice proper personal hygiene, including frequent hand-washing and sanitizing.
All patio seating will be spaced six feet apart and each party is limited to a maximum number of six guests with a 90-minute time limit.
Each table will be provided with single-use menus and tasting cups that will be disposed of after use.
Each table will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in between each party.
The bathroom facility will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly.
A public announcement and immediate, temporary closure will be made if a Debevino team member tests positive for COVID-19.
What we ask
Guests are required to wear a mask when not seated at their table (including arrival, departure, and bathroom use).
Per state mandate, guests are required to order food during their seating on our patio while enjoying our wine.
Guests are asked to remain seated throughout the duration of their visit, except to visit the restroom (masks are required to be worn during a restroom visit.)
Guests are asked to place their used items onto a provided busing tray at the end of their visit for safe and easy disposal by our team.
Guests are asked to wear a mask when a server is present at their table.
We thank you for the support you have given to our Debevino family and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to navigate these uncertain times. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@debevino.com.
